    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
    • 2 t. worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 t. chili powder


    Instructions


    1. Microwave and stir ground beef at 2 minute intervals until brown and crumbly. Drain grease and set aside.
    2. In a separate bowl, cube the cheese into small pieces and add the remaining ingredients. Microwave and stir at 2 minute intervals until cheese is completely melted.
    3. Add ground beef and mix. Cover and let mixture set for 15 minutes. Microwave for 3 more minutes.



    Final Comments


    Can also be made in a crock pot.
