    List of Ingredients


    • 1 egg white
    • 1/2 c. sugar
    • 1/2 t. cinnamon
    • 2 (11 oz.) cans lightly salted mixed nuts


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
    2. Beat egg white until foamy. Stir in sugar, cinnamon and nuts, coating nuts well. Spread on a greased cookie sheet with sides.
    3. Bake at 225 degrees for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    4. Cool. Store in airtight container.
