1 egg
1 can French Onion soup
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 t. salt
Dash of pepper
1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 T. flour
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. ketchup
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. mustard Recipe
Beat eggs, stir in 1/3 c. soup, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Add ground beef and mix gently. Shape into 6 oval patties. Brown over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Remove, set aside, discard drippings. Combine flour and water in skillet until smooth. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and remaining soup. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Return meat to skillet. Cover and simmer until no longer pink in the middle. Serve meat and gravy over noodles.
