- Minute Steak
- 1 large can stewed tomatoes
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Flour and brown meat over medium heat.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients together.
- Place the meat in a baking dish and top with the tomato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
