- 1 pkg. cherry chip cake mix
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 2 (3-1/2 oz.) boxes instant vanilla pudding
- 8 eggs
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1-1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. maraschino cherry juice
- 1/2 c. maraschino cherries diced
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Mix cake mixes and pudding together in large bowl; add remaining ingredients and blend well. Divide batter into 6 well-greased (7x3-1/2 inch) pans. Bake at 350° about 1 hour on until done. (If you want mini loaves bake for 45 minutes. Makes 9 mini loaves.)

VARIATION: To make Chocolate Cherry Nut Bread, substitute chocolate cake mix for yellow cake mix and chocolate pudding for vanilla pudding.
