1-2 loaves bread
1 stick butter
2-3 stalks celery
1 onion
2 eggs
1-2 cans chicken broth
Salt & pepper Recipe
The day before, tear the bread into small pieces and let dry over night. Next day, dice the celery and onions. Saute them in melted butter until tender. Let cool a little. Add eggs, sauteed veggies and salt & pepper to the bread and mix together with hands. Add chicken broth until the consistency you like. Don't make it too thin, but you don't want it to thick either. Put it into a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350° for an hour.
