List of Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 4 T. heavy cream
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, diced
- 2 T. salsa
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, diced
- 1 T. onion, diced
- 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat the eggs and cream. Add all ingredients except 1/2 the cheese and blend well. Pour mixture into 8x8 non-metallic baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 40 minutes. Cut into 6 pieces. Serve at once. Refrigerate leftovers.
