    List of Ingredients


    • 1 white cake mix
    • 1/2 c. whipping cream
    • 1/4 c. + 3 T. Creme de Menthe
    • 1 can chocolate frosting
    • 3 T. Creme de Menthe
    • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
    • 2 oz. Hershey bar, grated


    Instructions


    1. Mix and bake cake according to package directions. Cool 1 hour. Poke holes in cake.
    2. Mix together whipping cream and 1/4 c. plus 3 T. Creme de Menthe. Pour over cake. Frost the cake with the chocolate frosting. Mix the 3 T. Creme de Menthe and Cool Whip. Spread over the chocolate frosting. Sprinkle grated Hershey bar over the top.
