Creme de Menthe Cake

- 1 white cake mix
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1/4 c. + 3 T. Creme de Menthe
- 1 can chocolate frosting
- 3 T. Creme de Menthe
- 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
- 2 oz. Hershey bar, grated
Instructions
- Mix and bake cake according to package directions. Cool 1 hour. Poke holes in cake.
- Mix together whipping cream and 1/4 c. plus 3 T. Creme de Menthe. Pour over cake. Frost the cake with the chocolate frosting. Mix the 3 T. Creme de Menthe and Cool Whip. Spread over the chocolate frosting. Sprinkle grated Hershey bar over the top.
