    This is a really good cheesecake!


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 c. honey graham cracker crumbs
    • 4 T. butter, melted
    • ¼ c. maple sugar (OR substitute ¼ c. granulated sugar and ½ t. maple flavoring)
    • 4 eggs, beaten
    • 1 c. real maple syrup
    • 24 oz. cream cheese, softened


    Instructions


    1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar; press into a 9-inch springform pan. In a mixing bowl combine eggs, syrup and cream cheese. Beat until mixture in very smooth. Pour over the crust. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool and serve.
