This is a really good cheesecake!
List of Ingredients
- 2 c. honey graham cracker crumbs
- 4 T. butter, melted
- � c. maple sugar (OR substitute � c. granulated sugar and � t. maple flavoring)
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. real maple syrup
- 24 oz. cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar; press into a 9-inch springform pan. In a mixing bowl combine eggs, syrup and cream cheese. Beat until mixture in very smooth. Pour over the crust. Bake at 350� for 1 hour. Cool and serve.
