Pina Colada Cake

- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/2 c. water
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream of coconut
- 1 med. container Cool Whip
- 1 c. coconut
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix oil, cake mix, eggs and water together. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Take out of the oven and poke with a fork. Pour cream of coconut on cake while hot.
- Refrigerate until cool. Frost with Cool Whip then sprinkle coconut on top. Keep refrigerated.
