    Strawberry Topsy Turvy Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 c. sliced strawberries
    • 1/4 c. sugar
    • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    • 1-1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    • 1 white cake mix


    Instructions


    1. In a medium bowl combine strawberries, sugar and jello; set aside. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Place marshmallows in bottom of greased 13x9 cake pan. Pour cake batter over marshmallows. Spoon strawberry mixture over the top of the cake. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until done. (While baking marshmallows come to the top and strawberries go to the bottom.) Serve with whipped cream.
