Peanut Butter Cups

List of Ingredients
- 2 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 lb. margarine, softened
- 1-1/2 lb. powdered sugar
- 18 oz. chocolate
Instructions
- Mix together peanut butter, margarine and powdered sugar and chill. Roll into balls and chill for one hour.
- Melt chocolate. Put a small amount of chocolate in the bottom of mini cupcake papers. Place a peanut butter ball in each cup. Cover with chocolate and let set.
- Makes approximately 150 cups. You can use chocolate almond bark instead of chocolate.
