    List of Ingredients


    • 2 c. peanut butter
    • 1/2 lb. margarine, softened
    • 1-1/2 lb. powdered sugar
    • 18 oz. chocolate


    Instructions


    1. Mix together peanut butter, margarine and powdered sugar and chill. Roll into balls and chill for one hour.
    2. Melt chocolate. Put a small amount of chocolate in the bottom of mini cupcake papers. Place a peanut butter ball in each cup. Cover with chocolate and let set.
    3. Makes approximately 150 cups. You can use chocolate almond bark instead of chocolate.
