List of Ingredients



• 1 lb. ground beef
  
• 1 egg
  
• 1/3 c. chopped onion
  
• 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
  
• 1 t. salt
  
• dash of pepper
  
• 2 c. mashed potatoes
  
• 1/2 lb. Velveeta
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
   
2. Combine meat, egg, onion, bread crumbs and seasoning, mix lightly. Press mixture into bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Drain fat from shell.
   
3. Fix mashed potatoes, stir in velveeta. Fill meat shell with potatoes. Return to oven for 10 minutes.
