    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
    • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
    • 1 c. white OR milk chocolate chips
    • 1 T. shortening


    Instructions


    1. Spread peanut butter on half of the crackers; top with other half to make sandwiches. Refrigerate. Melt chocolate and shortening in microwave or double boiler; dip sandwiches and place on waxed paper until chocolate hardens.
    2. Makes 1-1/2 dozen.
