    List of Ingredients


    • 1-1/4 c. butter, softened
    • 2 c. sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 t. vanilla
    • 2 c. flour
    • 3/4 c. cocoa
    • 1 t. baking soda
    • 1/2 t. salt
    • 2 c. peanut butter chips


    Instructions


    1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy in a large bowl. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
    2. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; blend into creamed mixture. Stir in peanut butter chips.
    3. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 9 minutes. Cookies will be soft. They puff during baking and flatten upon cooling.
    4. Makes 4-1/2 dozen.
