This is an old German recipe that my Mom updated using the pre-made dough. Still tastes just like Grandma use to make!
List of Ingredients
1 can crescent rolls or pizza dough
Blackberries
1 c. sugar
¼ c. flour
1 egg
Crumb topping
Recipe
Place crescent rolls or pizza dough in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Mix blackberries, sugar and flour together. Spread over dough. Beat egg with a little water and pour over blackberries. Top with crumb mixture. Bake at 375° until blackberries are set in the middle, approximately 45 minutes.
CRUMB TOPPING:
1 c. flour
¾ c. sugar
½ c. butter, softened
Mix together until you have crumbs. Put on top of blackberries.
