    List of Ingredients


    • 2-1/2 c. sugar
    • 1/2 t. salt
    • 2 pts. whipping cream
    • 4 eggs
    • 2 T. vanilla
    • milk


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into ice cream maker container. Add milk to fill line on container and mix well. Freeze as directed on ice cream maker.
    2. Makes 1/2 gallon.


    Final Comments


    Egg Beaters can be substituted for the eggs in this recipe.
