    1/4 c. Jack Daniel's bourbon whiskey
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. dijon style mustard
    1/4 c. minced green onions and tops
    1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1 t. salt
    Dash worcestershire sauce
    Pepper to taste

    Combine all ingredients. Blend well. Use to marinate shrimp or scallops for one hour. Beef, chicken or pork can be marinated overnight in the refrigerator. It can also be used to baste the shellfish or meat as it is grilled.
