Mom's Goulash

List of Ingredients
- 8 oz. uncooked macaroni
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 t. basil leaves
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes, do not drain
Instructions
- Cook macaroni as directed on the package to desired doneness. Drain and rinse with hot water. Set aside.
- In a Dutch oven over medium-high heat, brown ground beef, celery and onion; drain well. Add remaining ingredients except macaroni; heat thoroughly. Stir in macaroni and pour into ungreased 3 quart casserole.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
