Beer Can Chicken II

1 whole chicken
1 can of your favorite beer (or your favorite soda)
1/4 c. Texas BBQ Rub or your favorite rub
1/4 c. Italian salad dressing Recipe
Take a few sips of the beer or soda you are using. If you are using a beer, you can add about 1 tablespoon of the rub to the beer. Rub the chicken with Italian dressing and the remaining rub, making sure to get the rub and dressing up under the skin of the bird. Stick the can up in the cavity of the chicken and carefully balance the can on your grill. Cook for approximately 4 hours using indirect heat.
