    List of Ingredients


    • 1 sm. pkg. lemon jello
    • 1 c. boiling water
    • 1 can blueberry pie filling
    • 2 T. lemon juice
    • 1/2 c. sour cream
    • 1 T. sugar


    Instructions


    1. Dissolve jello in boiling water. Set aside to cool. Stir in pie filling and lemon juice. Chill until partially set. Spoon half of jello mixture into 8x4 loaf pan. (Keep remaining jello at room temperature.)
    2. Combine sour cream and sugar. Spread evenly over jello in loaf pan. Top with remaining jello. Chill until set, approximately 4 hours.
