    • 1 med. cabbage
    • 2 carrots
    • 3/4 c. salad dressing
    • 1/2 c. sour cream
    • 2 T. cider vinegar
    • 2 packets sugar substitute
    • 1 t. celery seed
    • 1 t. salt


    Instructions


    1. Shred the cabbage and transfer to a large bowl. Coarsely grate carrots into cabbage and mix well.
    2. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over vegetables. Mix until thoroughly combined.
    3. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving for flavors to blend.


    Final Comments


    If you don't use the carrots, it knocks the carb count to about 1 usable carb per serving.
