Hot Chicken Salad

List of Ingredients
- 2 c. diced chicken
- 2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds (reserve some for topping)
- 2 T. grated onions
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. diced American cheese
- 1 c. sliced water chestnuts
- 1 c. mayonnaise (NOT salad dressing)
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Instructions
- Mix together first 8 ingredients and put into a 9x9 inch baking dish. Spread dressing over top. Drizzle melted butter over the top of dressing. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Sprinkle remaining sliced almonds on top and return to oven for 5 minutes.
