Spinach Salad

List of Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh spinach, washed & drained, torn in bite size pieces
- 1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
- 1 can bean sprouts
- fresh sliced mushrooms
- fried bacon pieces
- sliced red onion rings
- sliced hard boiled eggs
- DRESSING:
- 1 c. ketchup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1 1/2 t. salt
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 t. worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
Instructions
- Chill spinach, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, mushrooms, bacon and onions. Before serving mix in eggs and toss lightly with dressing. (I use only half the dressing.)
