Spinach Salad

List of Ingredients



• 1 bunch fresh spinach, washed & drained, torn in bite size pieces
  
• 1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
  
• 1 can bean sprouts
  
• fresh sliced mushrooms
  
• fried bacon pieces
  
• sliced red onion rings
  
• sliced hard boiled eggs
  
• DRESSING:
  
• 1 c. ketchup
  
• 3/4 c. vinegar
  
• 1 c. salad oil
  
• 1 1/2 t. salt
  
• 3/4 c. sugar
  
• 1 onion, diced
  
• 1 t. worcestershire sauce
  
• 1/4 t. garlic powder
  






Instructions



1. Chill spinach, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, mushrooms, bacon and onions. Before serving mix in eggs and toss lightly with dressing. (I use only half the dressing.)
