BBQ Sauce - Low Carb

- 1 can diet cola (I use diet Pepsi)
- 2/3 c. tomato sauce
- 2 T. minced onions
- 1/4 t. red pepper flakes
- 1 t. garlic powder
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a sauce pan and cook until the mixture is reduced to about 1/3 cup of the original amount (it will thicken up). Stir every once in awhile so mixture doesn't stick to the pan. I bring it to a boil then turn heat down to a simmer.
