List of Ingredients
- 6 c. mini pretzels
- 6 c. Crispex cereal
- 1 c. roasted peanuts
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/2 t. baking soda
Instructions
- Combine pretzels, Crispex and peanuts in 4 quart bowl; mix lightly.
- Combine brown sugar, butter and syrup in 2 quart glass bowl. In microwave, cook on HIGH uncovered 3 to 3 1/2 minutes, until it boils, stirring once. Then on LOW for 4 minutes.
- Stir in vanilla and baking soda. Pour over mixture. Toss to coat. Cook on HIGH 4 1/2 to 5 minutes, until lightly toasted, stirring twice.
- Spoon onto waxed paper to cool, break up larger pieces. Store in tightly covered containers.
