Chicken Rice Soup

List of Ingredients
- 3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 c. water
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 t. poultry seasoning
- pepper to taste
- 1 c. rice
- 1 T. chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook chicken, add broth, water, vegetables, seasoning and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and stir in rice and parsley. Simmer until rice is done.
- If too thick, more water or chicken broth can be added.
