Potato Cheese Soup

List of Ingredients
3 c potatoes, cubed
1 c. Sprite
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced carrots
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 t. parsley flakes
1/2 t. salt
Dash pepper
1 chicken bouillon cube
1-1/2 to 2 c. milk
2 T. flour
1/2 lb. velveeta cheese,cubed Recipe
Simmer the potatoes, Sprite, celery, carrots, onion, parsley, salt, pepper and bouillon cube together for 15 to 20 minutes. Mix the flour and milk together. Gradually add the milk mixture to vegetables, heating until soup thickens and boils. Add cheese and stir until melted.
