    Slow Cooker Vegetable Soup

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. round steak cut into 1/2 inch pieces
    • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
    • 3 c. water
    • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    • 1 medium onion, diced
    • 3 celery ribs, sliced
    • 2 carrots, sliced
    • 3 beef bouillon cubes
    • 1/2 t. dried basil
    • 1/2 t. dried oregano
    • 1/2 t. salt
    • 1/4 t. pepper
    • 1-1/2 c. frozen mixed vegetables


    Instructions


    1. In a slow cooker, combine the first 12 ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 6 hours.

    2. Add mixed vegetables; cover and cook on high 2 hours longer or until the meat and vegetables are tender.
