Slow Cooker Vegetable Soup

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. round steak cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 3 c. water
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 celery ribs, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 t. dried basil
- 1/2 t. dried oregano
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1-1/2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the first 12 ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 6 hours.
- Add mixed vegetables; cover and cook on high 2 hours longer or until the meat and vegetables are tender.
