    Stuffed Pepper Soup

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1 (14.5) oz. can tomato sauce
    1 (14.5) oz. can diced tomatoes
    1 cube beef bouillon
    2 T. packed brown sugar
    1 t. salt
    1/2 t. pepper
    1/2 t. soy sauce
    1 (14.5) can beef broth
    1 c. cooked rice

    Recipe



    In a Dutch oven brown beef over medim high heat. Drain off any fat. Add onion and green pepper to the browned meat and saute for 3 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes with juice, bouillon cubes, brown sugar, salt, pepper, soy sauce and beef broth. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes. Stir in rice and heat throughly.
