List of Ingredients
- 1 lg. onion, chopped
- 1 med. green pepper, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 t. olive oil
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can fat-free refried beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14-1/2 oz.) can reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1 (14-1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, cut up
- 3/4 c. salsa
- 2 t. chili powder
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1/4 t. ground cumin
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, saute onion, green pepper and garlic in oil until tender. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
