    1 T. vegetable oil
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, thawed & drained
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add corn and green onion; cook and stir until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with cheese; cover until cheese melts.
