Creamed Garden Potatoes & Peas

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. small new potatoes
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
- 2 T. butter
- 1 T. chopped onion
- 2 T. flour
- 1-1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1-1/2 c. milk
Instructions
- Quarter potatoes and cook in boiling water until tender. Set aside.
- In same saucepan, cook peas as directed on package, drain.
- Cook onion in butter until tender. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in milk, heat until mixture boils and thickens. Add potatoes and peas, heat thoroughly.
- Can be prepared ahead and re-heated.
