7 Grain Bread

Recipe Introduction
For bread machine.
List of Ingredients
12 oz. water
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. honey
2 Cups white bread flour
1 1/4 Cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. powered milk (opp.)
2/3 cups 7 grain mix
1 to 2 tbsp. sunflower seeds
4 tsp. yeast
1 tbsp. vital gluten
Recipe
Set bread machine to Dough/Pasta setting. Add to bread machine in order given. At end of cycle turn into WELL greased LARGE bread pan let rise and bake at 350 for approx. 25 mins. Let set in pan approx. 10 mins and turn out on wire rack to finish cooling.
PS. I have found that although not necessary to bread vital gluten greatly adds to the quality. Vital gluten and 7 grain mix are both carried by most Wal-Marts or can be ordered.
