Double Fudge Fanciful Cake

List of Ingredients
Filling:
1/4 C sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 Tsp. teaspoon vanilla
8-oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
Base:
1 pkg. Pillsbury plus, devils food cake mix, or any brand
1 C water
1/3 C oil
3 eggs
Frosting:
1 can chocolate fudge ready-to-spread frosting or any chocolate frosting
Recipe
Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 13x9 pan. In small bowl, blend all filling ingredients at highest speed until smooth and creamy. Set aside. In large bowl, blend base ingredients until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Pour half of batter into prepared pan. Pour cream cheese mixture over batter, spreading to cover. Pour remaining batter over cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350°, for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Frost after completely cooled, and refrigerate.
This cake has to be kept refrigerated because of the cream cheese. It is a chocoholics dream
