Recipe Introduction
Unbelievably moist and tasty. It's a great finger dessert at a gathering. Just cut into small squares and put into cupcake papers.
List of Ingredients
1 Lemon cake mix
3 large eggs
1 3 oz. pkg. lemon jello
3/4 C water
3/4 C oil
Glaze (mix thoroughly):
1/2 C lemon juice and grated rind
2-1/2 C icing sugar
Recipe
Mix first 5 ingredients
Beat for 4 minutes. Bake in rectangular pan for 30-40 minutes at 350F.
When cake is finished take out of oven for 2 min. (leave it in the pan) pierce 30 times with fork - pour topping evenly - refrigerate
I suppose you could do the same with an orange cake using orange juice, etc.
