This is a great breakfast casserole you can prepare the night before and refrigerate
List of Ingredients
6 slices white bread, trimmed & cubed
6 eggs, slightly beaten (I usually use 8)
1 C cheddar & swiss cheese mix
1 lb. lean ground sausage cooked & drained (mild or hot as you prefer)
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 pint Half & Half cream
generous shake of pepper
Recipe
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Line 9 x 13 baking dish with bread cubes. Sprinkle cooked sausage on top of the bread cubes, then sprinkle the whole with the cheese mixture. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over cheese.
Bake 30 minutes or until firm in center.
