    List of Ingredients







    Holiday Cheese Ball

    Mix together well

    2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
    2 cups grated cheddar or mozzarella
    1/4 cup cheez whiz
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp chopped olives or sweet pickles
    1/4 cup butter
    1 tsp grated onion or onion soup mix
    1 Tbsp parsley
    1/8 tsp Bon Appetit
    1 tsp chopped chives or green onion top
    2 Tbsp sherry

    Recipe




    Shape into a ball.
    Roll in crushed almonds or pecans.
    Place in a holiday dish...Surround with assorted crackers.
    Sometimes I like to garnish with magnolia leaves for color.
