Pineapple Sunrise Smoothies

Really refreshing--great for Sunday brunch!
List of Ingredients
1 cup chunk pineapple (reserve juice)
1 small-medium banana, sliced
3/4 c fresh or frozen raspberries (if using frozen,use whole unsweetened kind, that AREN'T in syrup)
2 T sugar (you can use Sweet N Low to taste if you like)
2 ice cubes
Recipe
Drain juice off pineapple and put juice in blender. Put pineapple, banana, raspberries,
sugar, and ice cubes in blender. Cover and process until smooth.
Yield: 2 servings
