Made these as part of dinner tonight, but they really only serve 2 people. Lol! They were so creamy and delicious. I made one batch non-alcoholic with 1/2 tsp. rum flavoring and milk in place of the rum and one with the rum. Thanks Frostqt for the winning recipe.


List of Ingredients






* 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries (500 ml)
* 2/3 cup light rum (175 ml)
* 1/2 cup cream of coconut (125 ml)
* 1 cup crushed ice (250 ml)



Recipe




Place strawberries, rum and cream of coconut in blender; cover and process on high until pureed. Add ice; cover and blend until smooth. Makes 4 servings.
