This can be made ahead and refrigerated and then baked in the morning...it's fabulous for brunches....soooo good.
List of Ingredients
2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of potatoe soup (or cream of chicken)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese
salt to taste
pepper to taste
onion to taste
couple dashes of hot sauce to tasteRecipe
Mix all ingredients together and put in well greased casserole dish or 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 1/4 hours. Top with cheese when done and return to oven to slightly melt.
