    Can you tell I love Sour Cream Coffee Cakes????? One more recipe, but they're all so good.

    List of Ingredients




    Sour Cream Cinnamon Breakfast Cake

    4 eggs
    1/2 cup sugar
    3/4 cup oil
    1 package yellow cake mix
    1 cup sour cream
    3/4 cup chopped nuts
    1/4 cup dark brown sugar
    1 TB cinnamon


    Recipe




    Beat the eggs until thick and fluffy. Add the sgar and oil and beat again. Blend in the cake mix, sour cream, and nuts. Pour 1/2 of the batter into a well greased bundt pan. Mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter. Swirl in lightly with a knife. Pour the remaining batter on top. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45-60 minutes.

    Serves 12
