PEPPERMINT PATTIE BROWNIES
1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
4 eggs
Beat above until well beaten.
Add:
1 c. flour
1 large can Hershey's chocolate syrup
½ c. walnuts, chopped
Bake at 350°, after 20 minutes add 1 bag (13 oz.) of minature (1") peppermint patties on top.
Bake another 15 minutes.
Frosting:
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Recipe
In saucepan over low heat, melt ½ c. butter with chocolate chips. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and 1/4 tsp. vanilla. Pour over baked layer. Refrigerate. Cut into bars. Makes about 24.
