    1 3/4 c unsifted all purpose flour
    2 c sugar
    3/4 c Hershey's cocoa
    2 t baking soda
    1 t baking powder
    1 t salt
    2 eggs
    1 c strong coffee
    1 c buttermilk or sour milk*
    1/2 c vegetable oil
    1 t vanilla

    Recipe



    Combine dry ingredients in a large mixer bowl. Add remaining ingredients; beat at medium speed 2 minutes (batter will be thin). Pour into a greased and floured 13x9" pan. Bake at 350° or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool completely; frost.

    *To sour milk: Use 1 T vinegar plus milk to equal 1 cup.
