    Isn't this quick and easy? Similar to Cinnamon Swirl Bundt Cake, but uses a yellow cake mix.

    List of Ingredients





    Pecan Coffee Cake

    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    4 eggs
    1 cup sour cream
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Combine and mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased bundt pan or 13 by 9.
    Mix 1 cup chopped pecans, 2 tsp. of cinnamon, and 1/3 cup of sugar. Pour over top and swirl with a knife. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350. Glaze as desired
