    List of Ingredients





    1 29 oz. can pumpkin
    1 13 oz. can evaporated milk
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 t. cinn.
    1 c. oleo melted
    1 1/2 t. nutmeg
    1 t. ginger
    1 yellow cake mix
    1 c. chop nuts ( I use pecans)

    Recipe





    Mix all ingredients except cake mix, oleo and nuts. Pour into 9x13x2 inch cake pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top and drizzle with melted oleo and sprinkle nuts on top. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour or until pumkin is set. Serve with coolwhip.

    For all of us lovers of pumpkin anything, this is easy and reaaaaly good. I keep it in the frig. all of the time. My family loves it!
