    This is the best carrot cake ever! I know the recipe by heart! Scarlett

    List of Ingredients




    Carrot Cake

    4 eggs
    2 cups brown sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 small jars baby food carrots OR 3 cups grated carrots
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 cup flour

    Recipe




    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs and add oil, sugar, carrots and beat. Mix dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to wet and beat. Pour in a prepared 9X13 cake pan. Bake 30 to 40 min. Cool.

    CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
    4 oz. cream cheese softened
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/4 c. butter soft
    1 tsp. vanilla
    Beat together until creamy.
