    1 STICK BUTTER
    1 POUND BOX POWDERED SUGAR
    1 TEASPOON VANILLA
    3 TABLESPOONS CREAM
    CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER

    Recipe




    Melt 1 stick butter. Pour over 1 (1 pound) box confectioners sugar. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla, 3 tablespoons cream to make stiff dough but creamy. Mix well. Flour waxed paper (15 inches long) with confectioners' sugar. Pour dough onto waxed paper and sprinkle top with confectioners' sugar. Pat out into rectangular shape. Cover with creamy peanut butter. Then roll up jelly roll fashion. Chill wrapped in wax paper for 6 hours or overnight. Remove wax paper and cut into 1/2 - 1 inch slices and wrap tightly or put in covered container. Freezes well up to 3 months in plastic freezer container.
