    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. peanuts
    1 Tbl. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

    Recipe





    In a heavy saucepan, put sugar, syrup and water, stir constantly at 270 degrees on candy thermometer. add peanuts and stir to 310 degrees, add the rest quickly and pour into a buttered 9X13 in pan. When cool, break into pieces.
