    Peanut Butter Cups


    18 ounce jar of creamy peanut butter
    2 3/4 cups sifted confectioners sugar
    1/2 cup melted butter
    melting chocolate-about 2 pounds

    Recipe






    Mix all ingredients except chocolate together. Take small pieces and roll into balls. Place balls into small fluted candy cups. Melt chocolate over hot water or in the microwave and cover peanut butter ball with chocolate. Place into refrigerator until set.
